Terms

These terms govern your use of HAR2NOK's website, your purchase of any beat, kit, or stem, and the rights you receive once you license a track. By using the site or completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

01 · The Agreement

HAR2NOK sells non-exclusive and exclusive music licenses for beats, instrumentals, sound kits, sample packs, and stems (collectively, "Products"). Unless you purchase an Exclusive license, you are buying the right to use a beat — not ownership of the underlying composition or master.

Every purchase is governed by both these Terms and the specific license tier you select (WAV Lease, Stems Lease, or Exclusive) at checkout. Tier-specific terms are summarized below and reissued in the license certificate attached to your delivery email.

02 · License Tiers

WAV Lease

  • MP3 320 + WAV
  • 10,000 streams / sales
  • 1 music video
  • Credit required: "Prod. HAR2NOK"
  • Non-exclusive: HAR2NOK may license the same beat to others

Stems Lease · Recommended

  • Everything in WAV Lease
  • 8 trackouts (drums, bass, melody, etc.)
  • 50,000 streams / sales
  • Radio + podcast cleared
  • Credit required: "Prod. HAR2NOK"
  • Non-exclusive

Exclusive

  • All deliverables (WAV, stems, project file)
  • Unlimited streams / sales / use
  • Beat is pulled from the public catalog
  • Master and publishing transferred or split per agreement
  • Custom terms available on request

Stream / sale counts above are per song. Crossing a limit requires upgrading to the next tier. Sync licenses (TV, film, advertising) require a separate written agreement — contact harnok2@gmail.com.

03 · Permitted uses

  • Record, mix, master, and release a song over a licensed beat on any major DSP (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.) within the limits of your tier.
  • Perform the resulting song live, including ticketed shows.
  • Distribute the resulting song commercially (digital and physical) within the limits of your tier.
  • Use the resulting song in one music video (WAV / Stems leases) or unlimited videos (Exclusive).
  • Register the resulting song with PROs (BMI, ASCAP, SACEM, etc.). HAR2NOK retains the producer share of publishing on non-exclusive licenses.

04 · Restrictions

  • Resell, redistribute, sub-license, or upload the beat itself (the instrumental) anywhere — including as a free download, beat tape, or as part of another producer's pack.
  • Claim authorship or co-authorship of the beat as the producer.
  • Register the beat (instrumental, not your topline) for copyright in your name.
  • Use the beat in a way that is defamatory, hateful, or unlawful under any applicable jurisdiction.
  • Use the beat in sync placements (film, TV, advertising, video games) without a separate sync agreement.

Violation terminates your license immediately and may result in DMCA takedowns and legal recovery of damages.

05 · Sound kits, sample packs, stems

All HAR2NOK kits (drumkits, loop kits, multikits, 808 libraries, bundles) are sold royalty-free for music production use. Once purchased, you may use the contained samples in unlimited original musical works without owing royalties.

You may not redistribute the kit, repackage the samples in another sample pack, upload the contents to AI/ML training datasets, or claim authorship of the source samples.

06 · Delivery

After successful payment, signed download links are emailed to the address on file with Stripe. Links remain valid for 48 hours. If you miss the window, request a resend at any time from /recover— we'll issue fresh links to the same email.

Files are hosted on Bunny CDN. Format: MP3 320 kbps + WAV. Stems delivered as a zipped folder of individual tracks.

07 · Refunds

Because beats, kits, and stems are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is industry standard.

Exceptions:

  • Duplicate charge from Stripe due to a payment processor error — we'll refund the duplicate immediately on proof.
  • Corrupted or undeliverable file — we'll re-deliver. If we can't deliver a working file within 7 days, we'll refund.
  • Sale of an already-exclusive beat in error — if a beat was sold exclusively to another buyer and your lease purchase happened in the meantime due to a sync delay, we'll refund and credit you toward another beat of equal value.

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, email harnok2@gmail.com with your Stripe order reference.

08 · Disputes & chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at harnok2@gmail.com. Most issues (wrong file, missed email, payment confusion) are resolved within 24h. Fraudulent chargebacks on legitimately delivered digital goods will be contested with Stripe and may result in license termination.

09 · Liability

HAR2NOK's liability for any claim arising out of a license sale is limited to the amount you paid for that specific license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost streams, lost revenue, lost placements).

All products are provided "as is". No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is implied.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Paris, France, unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
